Dr. Zia Ud Din is a postdoctoral fellow in the School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment at Arizona State University. He specializes in construction safety, construction education, construction project scheduling, and engineering economics. Dr. Zia possesses a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, Pakistan and a Master of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea, and a Ph.D. in Civil, Environmental and Sustainable Engineering from Arizona State University – Tempe. Dr. Zia served as an assistant professor of Construction Engineering and Management in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the National University of Sciences and Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan for four years. He also possesses eight years of professional experience as a professional engineer and construction manager.
